Application of proportional technique in hydraulic vulcanizing machine
Proportional technique is applied in the system because of the different piston speed and acceleration of cylinder in the strokes. Proportional control system is easy to construct, convenient to maintain, reliable to apply, cost effective to purchase and has the advantages of a servo system in dynamic/static status.
Full consideration is given to operation conditions when designing the hydraulic system for hydraulic dual-mold vulcanizing machine to meet the performance requirements in the most economical and simple way. With this design, the system can achieve smooth operation, small impact and high reliability. Integrated connection (the valves are connected in series) is employed rather than the usual plate connection to realize fast installation of hydraulic valves. What’s more, cartridge valves are used as overflow valves and non-return valves, composing the hydraulic system with sandwich valves by connecting with matching holes in the valve block directly. Such assembly of valves makes the hydraulic station small in size, simple in pipelines and easy in installation.
